Yes — for our Land Cruiser 4x4 and Private Land Cruiser packages, we pick up from any hotel or home in Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman. The Shared Bus package picks up from 8 fixed meeting points (4 in Dubai, 4 in Sharjah). The Self Drive package requires you to drive to our desert meeting point (location shared after booking).

Light, comfortable clothing is best. Wear flat shoes or trainers — sandals can slip on the dunes. Bring a light jacket for the evening (desert nights are cool), sunglasses, and a hat for the daytime. We provide local Arabian costumes for photos at the camp.

Yes — our drivers are certified and trained. Dune bashing is moderate and everyone wears seatbelts. If anyone in your group prefers a gentler ride, just tell your driver and they will adjust. Children under 3 years old are not permitted for safety reasons.

Both options work. You can pay cash (AED) to your driver at pickup, or pay in advance via bank transfer or card. We accept Visa and Mastercard. For private bookings, a small deposit may be required to confirm.

Rain is very rare in Dubai (mainly December–March). If weather makes the safari unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule or offer a full refund. You can also cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.

Yes — all our food is 100% halal. The open buffet includes both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options: salads, hummus, breads, grilled meats, rice, fresh fruit and desserts. Just let us know at booking if you have any dietary requirements.

Everything camp-related is included (dune bashing, camel ride, sand boarding, henna, all live shows, soft drinks, water, tea, coffee, snacks, BBQ buffet). Not included: VIP table serving, horse ride, falcon photos, souvenirs, and personal purchases.
